Bookings are now open for a 3-night parent’s retreat focussed on deep rest, respite and supportive connection for parents who have children with disabilities (of any age). Individuals and couples welcome. Facilitated by Liz Weatherly, Founder of The Reflection Zone – a service focussed on supporting people to mitigate the effects of chronic stress.
